Guest view: the real booking widget with sample dates, shown on a plain stand-in for each venue's private events page. Nothing leaves this browser and no email is sent.

• Pick an open date and go through all four steps to the thank-you screen. Then open Manager view: the request is waiting in Needs reply.
• Pick a struck-through date (booked, closed that day, or too soon to ask online) to see the suggested nights and the other Hospitality South venues.
• A date with a dot has some spaces booked; dates in the next two weeks show the short-notice note.
• Enter more guests than a space holds (for example 90 at Paloma Park) to see the capacity notes.
• Leave a field empty or mistype an email to see how errors are explained.
• On the Hospitality South page, pick a venue to jump to its widget.
